Sessions are charged at £50. Our hypnotherapy sessions are adapted specifically to you and your needs. The first session will consist partly of getting to know you and giving you the opportunity to talk about your issue, how you feel, and field any questions you may have about hypnotherapy, and usually some hypnosis proper in the second half The feelings and ideas people have about their condition play a very important part in how the hypnotherapy session is constructed.

Once both client and therapist have framed the issue being addressed, hypnotherapy will then take place; this is usually a very relaxing and pleasurable experience, and something which requires little effort, just engagement in the process.

Often people ask about the length of treatment. This will vary according to the type and severity of the issue we are treating. Sometimes if an issue co-exists with other problems then therapy can take longer. Your therapy will begin when you receive a pre-assessment form. This gives me the information I need to begin preparing your individualised sessions.

Our first meeting will begin with an initial assessment, getting to know you and your issue, before we move forwards into deep relaxation. Each session is between one and one and a half hours in length.

Upon completion of the pre-assessment form a deposit is required to be paid through paypal, which can be done very simply by using the drop down box on the right of this page. Deposits will be retained unless 48 hours notice is given for cancellation.

The sessions that are constructed for you take preparation and time to ensure that they are fit for purpose and will be focused and effective and attend to your particular needs. Because of this preparation, the payment for hypnotherapy extends beyond the actual time you spend with the hypnotherapist and payment covers the groundwork taking place before an appointment.
